Privacy policy
HyFit uses your training data to coach you, not to sell it.

HyFit / 嗨练 is an AI coach for hybrid training. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how Apple Health data is handled, and how you can contact us.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, and sign-in identifiers.
- Training profile information, such as goals, schedule, equipment, preferences, injuries or limitations you choose to share, and training history.
- Workout records, plans, activity summaries, progress metrics, notes, and coach recaps.
- Apple Health data you choose to share, such as workouts, distance, heart rate, active energy, pace, sleep, and recovery-related metrics.
- Chat and coaching content, including messages you send and AI-generated plans, adjustments, or summaries.
- Usage, diagnostics, device, and performance information used to operate, debug, secure, and improve the app.
- Purchase or subscription status if paid features are enabled.
How we use information
- Provide AI coaching, training plans, workout summaries, and plan adjustments.
- Personalize daily sessions based on your goal, training context, recovery state, and recent history.
- Record workouts and make progress visible across HYROX, strength, run, and ride scenarios.
- Maintain account security, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support, privacy, and data requests.
- Manage subscriptions or billing if paid features are enabled.
Apple Health
HyFit only reads Apple Health data after you grant permission. You can choose which categories to share and can change or revoke permissions in iOS Settings at any time.
We use Apple Health data for fitness coaching and training context, such as adjusting load, pace, workout volume, or recovery recommendations. HyFit does not sell Apple Health data. HyFit does not use Apple Health data for advertising.
AI coaching and service providers
Your messages, training data, and summaries may be processed by backend systems and AI model providers to generate coaching responses. We design the system to use the minimum context needed for useful coaching.
We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, such as cloud hosting, authentication, diagnostics, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and AI model providers. These providers process information on our behalf.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to operate HyFit, comply with law, protect users or the service, complete a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.
Your choices
- You can choose which Apple Health categories to share.
- You can stop sharing Apple Health data in iOS Settings.
- You can update app data where supported in the app.
- You can contact support for account, privacy, or data requests.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide HyFit, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect the service, and support legitimate business operations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Children
HyFit is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, or another reasonable method.
