How do I change Apple Health permissions?

Open iOS Settings, choose Health, then Data Access & Devices. Select HyFit and update the categories you want to share.

Can HyFit replace a medical professional?

No. HyFit provides fitness coaching and training context. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace advice from qualified clinicians.

What should I send for a support request?

Send your account email, device model, iOS version, the screen where the issue happened, and the training goal affected if relevant.

How do I request data help?

Email support with "Data request" in the subject. We can help with account, app data, and privacy questions.
